__LONG_MAX__ has wrong type

Doing 'strings /usr/bin/pcc' , I see a -D__LONG_MAX__=0x7fff...ffffLL, giving it a type of 'long long' instead of the expected 'long'.

Fixed. Was not a problem before since it was not exposed outside the compiler, but now is.
