I downloaded PCC from CVS (18/Nov/2008) I'm not sure if I am supposed to file bugs against CVS versions, but here goes.
I tried to build it on Ubuntu 8.10 and had to remove a couple of -Werror from Makefiles to get it to compile.
From a quick look it seems like the mkext.c warning is a real array overflow bug.

Attached is a log of the build which shows the problem

Yes, I assume that as it is right now bug reports on -current is as good as any :-)
