as an error (instead of a warning)

This is because -WW enables -Werror as well (by mistake?)

the attached patch fixes that by moving -Werror handling out of the 'Warnings' list

I fixed this by moving the Werror handling out of the generic Warnings
list, so -WW does not include -Werror
