pcc should define __LP64__ and _LP64 symbols when 'long int' and pointer types
use 64-bit and int uses 32-bit

currently this is used in amd64 source on NetBSD. patch attached adds this as per
FreeBSD, DragonflyBSD and MidnightBSD though I guess in the long term this should
be handled some other way..
