pcc fails to actually compile C++ sources

pcc driver does not actually execute anything when compiling C++ sources, heh

eg

  % touch test.cc
  % pcc -v -c test.cc
  pcc 1.1.0.DEVEL 20140509 for netbsd-i386
  % ls -l test.*
  -rw-r--r-- 1 plunky wheel 0B May 9 11:26 test.cc

it is the same using p++ or pcc -xc++

I found the bug, we checked the whole filename with cxxsuf() rather than just the suffix
