Created: 18/Aug/14 12:09 PM   Updated: 18/Aug/14 08:47 PM
Component/s: C preprocessor
Affects Version/s: None
Fix Version/s: None

Environment: Linux

 Description  « Hide
gcc 4.2.3 (presumably other versions as well) uses -MMD in libcpp/Makefile,
the compilation stops when pcc complains as follows:

pcc -I../../gcc-4.2.3/libcpp -I. -I../../gcc-4.2.3/libcpp/../include -I./../intl -I../../gcc-4.2.3/libcpp/include -g -fkeep-inline-functions -W -Wall -Wwrite-strings -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -Wold-style-definition -Wmissing-format-attribute -pedantic -Wno-long-long -I../../gcc-4.2.3/libcpp -I. -I../../gcc-4.2.3/libcpp/../include -I./../intl -I../../gcc-4.2.3/libcpp/include -c -o charset.o -MT charset.o -MMD -MP -MF .deps/charset.Po ../../gcc-4.2.3/libcpp/charset.c
error: unknown option '-MMD'
