An autoconf script failed to detect freetype2, when using pcc.

The freetype2 dev package is installed in the default location (/usr/include/freetype2)

_scrap/ft2$ pcc -I/usr/include/freetype2 ft2.c -c -o ft2_pcc.o
/usr/include/freetype2/freetype/freetype.h:41: error: bad include

(pcc on Ubuntu 9.04 has the same failure with a different line number)

Fixed. IDENTs in #define directives were not expanded correctly.
