Invalid code is accepted:

  float restrict f; /* An invalid declration */
  return 0;
}

restrict is currently ignored. To handle it correctly needs a bunch of internal changes that will occur after 1.0.

Now parsing of restrict should be correct.

I have added a test for this, but it fails..

Now fixed (again). Result of accidentally removed code.
